Job Description

We are currently seeking a Recruiter!

The Recruiter finds and hires people for a company. They are responsible for the initial stages of the hiring process, from identifying candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities Include

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience as a recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Proven experience within the Microsoft Suite of products with specific attention to Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prioritization and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in order to improve processes and solve problem

Compensation: Full- Time $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
